Redhill FC Academy

Play. Study. Progress.

The Redhill FC Academy offers talented 16–18 year olds the opportunity to combine full-time football with full-time education, providing the best of both worlds.

Delivered in partnership with East Surrey College, the Academy is designed to develop players on the pitch, in the classroom and as people, while offering a clear pathway into senior football.

A Clear Pathway for Ambitious Players

The Redhill FC Academy sits at the heart of the club’s long-term player pathway.

Academy players are not isolated from the club — they are fully integrated into Redhill FC life, training in a professional environment and representing the club in competitive fixtures.

What makes the Academy different:

  • Strong connection to the First Team

  • Clear progression routes into U18s, U23s and senior football

  • Daily contact with experienced, UEFA-qualified coaches

  • Individual player development and monitoring

For players with ambition, commitment and the right attitude, the Academy provides genuine opportunity.

Football & Education Combined

Through our partnership with East Surrey College, players can choose from two education pathways while training and playing for Redhill FC.

Education options:

BTEC Level 2 First Certificate in Sport
(1 year)

BTEC Level 3 Sporting Performance & Excellence
(2 years)

Both programmes are nationally recognised qualifications and are delivered alongside the Academy football programme, allowing players to balance academic study with elite-level training.
