A safe place to play. A confident place to grow.

Girls’ football at Redhill FC has grown rapidly and proudly.

In just a few seasons, the club has gone from one team and eight players at the end of the 2022/23 season, to almost 250 girls playing across 16 teams by the end of 2025. That growth reflects both the explosion of girls’ football nationally and Redhill FC’s commitment to creating a welcoming, supportive environment where girls can thrive.

Whether players join for fun, friendship or competition, every girl at Redhill FC is part of one connected football family.

A Clear Pathway for Girls

Redhill FC is committed to providing clear, visible pathways for girls at every stage of their football journey.

Girls can now progress from:

  • Into girls’ teams from U7 through to U16 (with U18 coming soon)

The next step in the pathway

Redhill FC is continuing to invest in girls’ football, with plans in place to launch an U18 Girls team to further strengthen the pathway into Women’s football.

This will provide an important bridge between youth football and the senior game, helping players continue their development in a familiar, supportive environment.
